Job Description:
The Territory Manager will be responsible for prospecting and building a new member base, as well as maximizing membership renewals.  Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager in Toronto, the successful candidate will be based out of a home office. The majority of sales calls will be conducted face-to- face at the customer's location, using a systematic sales approach.

Expositions Coordinator

The Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association (CRFA), is Canada's largest hospitality association. For 65 years, CRFA has been the voice of the restaurant and foodservice industry, representing its members in government lobbying; providing them with up-to-date industry research and business tools; and saving them money through cost-saving programs.

CRFA is offering a permanent opportunity in Toronto in the Expositions Department, reporting to the Show Manager.  As part of the dynamic Expositions team, you are responsible for the general event planning of the CRFA Show, coordinating all general show administration and hiring and training competent part-time staff, to ensure the smooth running of the Show. The annual CRFA Show is “Canada’s Hospitality Event”.  Come and be part of the dynamic, fun, fast-paced team that co-ordinates this amazing event.

General responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years event planning experience and a college diploma or equivalent work experience. You are a dynamic goal-oriented individual who enjoys being part of a small, faced-paced team and are confident and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.  Computer literacy in Excel, Word, is essential and a familiarity with A2Z floor plan software and Salesforce is a definite asset.

We are offering attractive compensation commensurate with experience.

Federal Policy Manager (bilingual)

As the Federal Policy Manager, you will manage federal public policy issues of concern to Canada’s $63 billion restaurant and foodservice industry, with the goal of creating an environment to help members grow and prosper.

Your 3 to 5 years’ advocacy experience as well as a university degree in Political Science, Economics or Business Administration, will position you for success in this job.  Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a positive team-player attitude will contribute to your ability to work both collaboratively and independently in the Toronto office, while reporting to the Executive VP of Government Affairs. Bilingual English/French is a definite asset.
