Vancouver Centre MP joins Restaurant Caucus
(Sep. 28/10) CRFA is pleased to announce that Dr. Hedy Fry, Member of Parliament for the riding of Vancouver Centre, has joined the association’s federal Restaurant Caucus. The Restaurant Caucus is made up of Members of Parliament with a particular interest in the foodservice industry. These MPs have agreed to advance restaurant issues and raise the industry’s profile within their party caucus and Parliament.
Dr. Fry represents one of the most restaurant-intensive ridings in the country – Vancouver Centre’s industry generates more than $1.2 billion in sales and employs over 18,000 Canadians.
