(Jul. 18/11) CRFA is reminding restaurateurs of the severe penalties they face for not complying with requirements under the Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) Program.
The Government of Canada is conducting ongoing audits to determine whether employers have reasonably respected the terms of job offers and Labour Market Opinions (LMOs) for temporary foreign workers. Particular attention is paid to wages and overtime, working conditions and occupation.
