A full report of the results from the 2010 Canadian Chef Survey is now available. Professional chefs were asked to rate a variety of menu items and cooking methods as either a ‘hot trend,’ ‘up and comer,’ ‘yesterday’s news,’ or ‘perennial favourite.’
The survey of nearly 400 chefs across the country was conducted for the Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association (CRFA) by independent market research firm BrandSpark International.
